ART SERVICES PRODUCTION DIRECTOR

 

We are looking for an experienced Art Services Production Director to join Ocellus Services to manage and organize our outsourcing activities!

As Art Services Production Director, you will be at the heart of our studio, to organize productions, develop our business and create a comfortable working environment for the teams so they can produce top quality assets for our world-renowned partners.

You will work very closely with studio Direction in order to fulfill and push our business strategy, and will manage a team of Producers, each one managing a portfolio of projects.

You will also be one of the main contacts of our world-renowned partners and be responsible for setting up an excellent relationship and communication with them. 


This role requires strong management expertise, and you should also know how to act as a support and servant leader for the teams.

RESPONSABILITIES

  • Oversee the entire art production process, budgets, schedules and resources.
  • Prioritize missions according to the company's strategy and track progress.
  • Develop company business according to the strategy and capacity.
  • Supervise and manage the team of Producers, ensuring proper resource allocation and project follow-up.
  • Implement and continuously improve production processes, tools, and methodologies to improve effectiveness and working comfort within the art teams.
  • Communicate closely with our Managers, to share with them global vision and check needs and organization in their departments and on projects (time, human resources, priorities, …)
  • Collaborate with the Direction to ensure alignment and project coherence with the company's strategy.
  • Anticipate and resolve project-related issues (delays, resource adjustments, quality risks).
  • Create and maintain a regular and excellent relationship with our different partners.
  • Bonus: Work as Producer yourself on some projects, including full game development projects

 

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in a similar position.
  • At least 5 years of experience in managing Producers or Project Leads.
  • Excellent organizational and management skills.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Excellent human relations skills.
  • Autonomous and responsible.
  • Adaptability & capacity to solve problems.
  • Strong knowledge of production processes, planning, and resource management.
  • Excellent communication skills, both internally and with clients/external partners.
  • Fluent in French and English.
  • Passion for video games

 

This position is on-site

We believe that we are better and stronger when we are working close to each other, particularly when it is about taking quick and agile decisions together.  For this reason, we need our Production Team on site every day, in Lyon (France).
