We can be deployed on the full art pipeline from pre production to production, on all type of projects size, genre and platforms.

 

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Senior Unreal Programmer will be responsible of implementing game functionalities from concepts, design ideas and other requirements into a fun and functional game. A commitment to collaborative problem solving and sophisticated code are essential. Most of the design decisions are made as a group effort, your design ideas will be shared and heard. As Senior Unreal Programmer you will also share your learnings with your teammates to solves problems elegantly, as a team, along the way. 

We are in the preproduction of our second game, with five times the budget we had for the first one THE MARSUPILAMI. Although we are not limiting ourselves to only one genre of games, our current production is a multiplayer 3D Platformer inspired by games like Mario 3D World or It takes two.

 

 

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Implement game functionality as per design.
  • Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code.
  • Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and implement solutions 
  • Optimize game code when needed.
  • Collaborate with game designers and artists in a very independent team setup.

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong knowledge on Unreal Engine 4 PC/Consoles projects.
  • Minimum 5 years of professional game development experience.
  • Organized and a team player.
  • Have shipped a game.
  • Experience with Xbox series, PS5 would be an asset.
  • Fluent written and spoken English or French.
